Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance and the high concentration of natural ingredients used in our creations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and a clear photo of the damaged item. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Requests received after 7 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.
